MIG16 AQS

red-ant MIG16 AQS is a high performance measurement system which calculates various NVH indicators in parallel. The vibration signature of the tested item is compared to a statistical or fixed reference, allowing rapid pass or fail part decision to be calculated. MIG16 AQS has a built-in statistical process control which is able to learn references from tested parts without any specialized settings. With numerous common interfaces, MIG16 AQS could be easily integrated or retro-fitted onto any existing test stands.

WORKINGS

 Vibrations are measured on the objective to be inspected. 

 Comparing the data with the previously thresholds, the system recognizes quality issues and provide pass/fail decision when one or more limits are exceeded by their indicators.
